Description

This striking abstract sculpture is created by layering and casting clear, tinted, or opaque resin into a unique organic form, such as a wave, a tear drop, or an asymmetrical shape. Within the resin, delicate flakes of real gold leaf or metallic pigment are suspended, catching the light from every angle. The piece is then polished to a high-gloss, glass-like finish, standing 5 to 7 inches tall on a complementary acrylic or wood base.

The process results in a one-of-a-kind piece with depth and movement, as the gold fleks appear to float within the solid form. It is lightweight yet substantial in presence. The combination of modern materials and luxurious metallic accents creates a focal point that is both contemporary and opulent.

Suited for modern, glam, or luxury interior styles, this sculpture acts as a statement art piece for a console table, media unit, or office credenza. It reflects light beautifully, adding a dynamic and luxurious element to the room, and demonstrates a fusion of artistic technique and modern material science.
